Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Seattle, WA seeks an Americas Site Account Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics to manage patient scheduling for autologous cell therapy production. The role primarily executes day-to-day operations (>=95%) with potential growth through projects and working groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of work experience.
• Experience in customer service, call center operations, patient services/navigator, account management, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong customer service orientation and de-escalation skills.
• Able to work independently and in groups; flexible to changing business needs.
• Office-based in Seattle with 50% in-office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scheduling point of contact for assigned treatment sites.
• Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with treatment sites and manufacturing sites.
• Troubleshoot and develop plans of action for issues throughout the patient journey.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
• Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience.
• Execute product returns, replacements, and out of spec product processes.
• Input and maintain transactional data in the scheduling system.
• Train treatment sites on scheduling processes as assigned.
• Document feedback from customers and partners; maintain master data.
• Lead meetings with commercial matrix teams; raise escalations as needed.
