Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients for procedures and appointments.
• Obtain demographic details and insurance information and ensure proper scheduling.
• Record patient history and obtain pre-certification and authorization for patients.
• Assist patients to sign up for hospital and physicians' electronic portals.
• Schedule surgeries and coordinate OR location/times with OR scheduling teams.
• Interface with referring provider offices and internal departments to schedule appointments.
• Provide reassuring support to patients navigating their hospital experience.
