Responsibilities

• Optimize Provider Schedules: Maintain provider schedules, fill open times, and match patients to providers.
• Maintain Accurate Scheduling Records: Keep the central scheduling system current and complete for planning.
• Support Care Teams: Communicate scheduling needs and issues with providers and staff.
• Manage the Central Scheduling Line: Be the main contact for scheduling calls and clear communication.
• Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with colleagues to support efficient administrative operations.
