Mercy Primary Care Call Center in Sunset Hills is seeking a Patient Service Agent to schedule patient appointments, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The role supports patients via MyMercy scheduling and general inquiries with a calm, professional demeanor.

This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule—work from home 2 to 3 days per week after training—along with comprehensive benefits, and the chance to contribute to Mercy's mission of compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Customer Service experience.
• Other Skills: Basic computer skills, Data Entry; professional, courteous, compassionate attitude; ability to multi-task; typing 60 wpm.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with MyMercy scheduling and general inquiries.
• Identify patient needs, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Document call details in the EMR according to established procedures.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality service while following call center scripts and HIPAA guidelines.
• Build positive patient relationships and contribute to team performance goals.
