Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and route questions via warm transfer or EPIC EMR messaging to staff.
• Manage daily patient and physician scheduling to optimize satisfaction and utilization.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information per guidelines.
• Handle referrals and pre-certifications as appropriate.
• Prepare patient materials, order supplies, and maintain a clean work area.
• All other duties as assigned.
