Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US patients.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and eligibility.
• Update and maintain accurate patient information in EHR/EMR systems.
• Explain copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and patient financial responsibilities.
• Collect payments securely and accurately.
• Assist eligible patients in setting up payment plans as per company guidelines.
• Update patient accounts, call notes, payment details, and follow-up activities.
• Resolve patient billing inquiries and appointment-related concerns.
• Proactively follow up on missed appointments and pending payments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and achieve daily productivity targets.
• Escalate disputed or complex billing issues to the appropriate team.
• Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic customer service.
