Responsibilities

• Verify demographics, insurance and eligibility.
• Update and maintain patient information in EHR/EMR.
• Explain billing concepts and collect payments.
• Follow up on missed appointments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
