Job summary

Fry Orthodontics is seeking a friendly Patient Sales Coordinator to guide new patients through their orthodontic consultation and treatment decisions. This full-time role combines sales with exceptional patient service and coordination of visits, photos, X-rays, and exams to support the orthodontist’s plan.

Dental experience is not required; training is provided. Ideal candidates have sales or customer-facing experience, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable discussing pricing and payment

$19.00–$27.00 per hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

Primary Locations: Lee's Summit, Blue Springs & Raytown, MO
This position primarily supports these locations, but occasional travel to other Fry Orthodontics offices may be required based on business needs.

Fry Orthodontics is looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to help guide new patients through their orthodontic consultation and treatment decision.

Dental experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in sales, hospitality, restaurants, med spas, esthetics, fitness memberships, retail, leasing, or other customer-facing service industries.

What You'll Do

Welcome new patients and create a great first experience.

Assist with photos, X-rays, scans, and exam documentation.

Work with the orthodontist to understand the recommended treatment plan.

Explain treatment fees, insurance benefits, and payment options.

Answer questions and help patients feel comfortable moving forward with treatment.

Follow up with patients who are considering treatment.

Contribute to team goals while providing excellent patient service.
