Job summary

Fry Orthodontics is seeking a friendly Patient Sales Coordinator to guide new patients through their orthodontic consultation and treatment decisions. This full-time role combines sales with exceptional patient service and coordination of visits, photos, X-rays, and exams to support the orthodontist’s plan.

Dental experience is not required; training is provided. Ideal candidates have sales or customer-facing experience, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable discussing pricing and payment

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong people skills and ability to explain treatment options.
• Willingness to learn new technology and work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients and create a great first experience.
• Assist with photos, X-rays, scans, and exam documentation.
• Explain treatment fees, insurance benefits, and payment options.
• Follow up with patients considering treatment.
• Contribute to team goals while providing excellent patient service.
• Work with orthodontist to understand the recommended treatment plan.
