Job summary

Fry Orthodontics is seeking a confident Treatment Coordinator to guide new patients through their consultation and decision‑making process. Dental experience is not required; training is provided.

Ideal candidates come from sales, hospitality, or customer‑focused roles and are eager to learn orthodontic concepts and pricing discussions. The role involves welcoming patients, assisting with photos and records, and explaining treatment options and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients and create a great first experience.
• Assist with photos, X-rays, scans, and exam documentation.
• Work with the orthodontist to understand the recommended treatment plan.
• Explain treatment fees, insurance benefits, and payment options.
• Answer questions and help patients feel comfortable moving forward with treatment.
• Follow up with patients who are considering treatment.
• Contribute to team goals while providing excellent patient service.

$19.00–$27.00 per hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

Primary Locations: Prairie Village, KS and Plaza, MO
This position primarily supports these locations, but occasional travel to other Fry Orthodontics offices may be required based on business needs.

Fry Orthodontics is looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to help guide new patients through their orthodontic consultation and treatment decision.

Dental experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in sales, hospitality, restaurants, med spas, esthetics, fitness memberships, retail, leasing, or other customer-facing service industries.

What You'll Do

Welcome new patients and create a great first experience.

Assist with photos, X-rays, scans, and exam documentation.
