Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; RN preferred if not licensed in NH.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare patient safety/risk management in acute care or multi-specialty setting.
• Active NH RN license highly preferred or strong clinical knowledge/experience.
• CPHRM or CPHQ certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and update the annual Risk Management Plan and safety goals.
• Report claims to professional liability carriers; collaborate with legal counsel to manage claims and containment costs.
• Conduct organization-wide risk assessments and staff training on risk mitigation.
• Manage the event reporting system with user training and technical support.
• Collaborate with Patient Experience on grievances involving liability or clinical concerns.
• Partner with Clinical Quality Analysts on data abstraction and regulatory reporting.
• Support committees with reporting to Quality & Safety Operations and Corporate Compliance.
