You will work with providers, leaders and staff to identify opportunities, promote safe, high-quality care, and coordinate payer-related projects to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years relevant work experience in clinical healthcare and quality.
• NH RN license; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP and/or Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and/or Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred
• Understanding of CAH and other regulatory standards in healthcare preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal, and interdepartmental relational skills
• Ability to successfully manage unpredictable and rapidly changing work environments

Aufgaben

• Identify and implement key clinical quality and patient safety improvement initiatives.
• Provide back-up oversight to event reporting systems and ensure follow-up.
• Complete investigative chart reviews and report findings to leaders.
• Evaluate data to identify performance gaps and benchmark against standards.
• Coordinate with Quality Department and care teams to meet payer obligations.
• Develop and deliver education on patient safety and process engineering.
• Monitor risks and communicate findings to leadership.
• Prepare materials and reports for senior leadership.
