Job summary

OrthoDent is seeking a patient-facing healthcare support role to assist with entry screenings, temperature checks, and basic patient flow. The position requires strong customer service, ability to read/write detailed reports, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

Experience in health care or related fields is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish becoming a strong asset. Flexible hours may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in health care or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Health and administration background preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs mandatory temperature checks for everyone entering the facility.
• Conducts proper screenings of persons upon entry to the facility.
• Distributes face masks.
• Cleans and disinfects assigned workspaces/areas.
• Seats patients and takes blood pressure.
• Monitors safety hazards and assists as needed.
• Responds quickly to critical situations.
• Enforces procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients and guests.
