Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• At least one year of food service or customer service experience.
• CBORD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Nursing, staff, patients and family regarding meal requests.
• Enter and update meal selections and diet orders in CBORD.
• Print tray tickets, reports and labels for distribution.
• Collaborate with dietitians and nurses to meet diet restrictions and requests.
• Ensure accuracy of meal trays and maintain clean work areas.
