Responsibilities

• Serve meals to patients in a professional, courteous manner.
• Enter meal orders into CBORD system.
• Ensure diet orders are met and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Restock nourishment kitchen and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate records of nourishment and calorie counts.
