Qualifications

• Ability to read and write and to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
• Knowledge of food service lines setup and temperature requirements; cooking and presenting foods.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks with daily food preparation and plating according to recipes and standards.
• Prepare a variety of simple items and assist with meal setup and service.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining and work areas throughout shifts.
• Provide friendly, responsive service and address customer questions and special requests.
• Handle inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
