Job summary

• Maintain HACCP guidelines and ensure safety standards.
• Obtain and transcribe meal orders from patients/visitors by phone; verify diet order parameters.
• Communicate with nursing staff, nutrition techs, dietitians, and call center staff to coordinate service.
