Qualifications

• Direct customer service experience preferred.
• Previous food service experience and/or work with therapeutic diets preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and snacks to patients in a professional manner.
• Maintain rotation of floor supplies and PAR levels.
• Process meal orders and verify diet order parameters.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, nutrition techs, dietitians and call center staff.
