You will use MCW systems (IDX, Epic) to document details, coordinate appointments, and resolve concerns in a patient-centric environment.

Foundational duties include handling calls, data entry, and navigating MCW locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance information, deductibles, and co-pays for clinic services.
• Answer incoming calls and route messages to appropriate areas.
• Document information in the electronic medical record and scheduling systems.
• Handle irate customers with professionalism and resolve concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of MCW scheduling and billing systems (IDX, Epic).
• Coordinate multiple appointments across providers and therapy services.
• Triage complex inquiries to senior staff as appropriate.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing.
• Learn MCW locations and affiliate facilities and navigate buildings.
• Look up information in tables/lists and provide accurate information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
