Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Volunteer management experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality management preferred.
• 2 years experience in direct customer service in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hospital Information Desks on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Supervise and direct welcoming of guests, associates and partners to destinations.
• Escort or transport patients as needed.
• Maintain Visitor Policy and Procedure and issue passes.
• Answer phones courteously and provide clear information.
• Register flower deliveries as needed.
• Provide directions to hospital areas per standards.
• Assist with data entry, clerical work and service recovery.
