Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Volunteer management experience preferred.
• Hospitality management experience preferred.
• Healthcare customer service experience (2 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hospital Information Desks weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Supervise welcoming of guests, associates and partners to destinations.
• Escort or transport patients to their destinations as needed.
• Maintain Visitor Policy and Procedure; issue passes and notify Administration of inspector visits.
• Answer phones courteously and give clear, accurate information.
• Provide directions and concierge information to hospital areas and departments.
• Assist Patient Relations with data entry, clerical work and service recovery follow-up.
• Supervise volunteers/volunteens to maintain customer service standards.
