Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Guest Relations Representative to greet patients and visitors, direct them to the proper area, answer calls, and protect patient confidentiality at Prairie Cardiovascular in Springfield, IL. This full-time role follows a Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:00pm schedule with occasional weekend coverage.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and about one year of customer service and telephone experience.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of phone experience preferred.

• Greets patients and visitors and directs them to the appropriate area.
