Job summary

Qualifications

• Register patients and verify information per hospital policies.
• Obtain signatures for required forms and process patient liabilities.

Responsibilities

• Registering all patients according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Obtaining signatures of patients/guarantors for required forms.
• Documenting logs for patient name and arrival time.
• Communicating with patients about eligibility, benefits, and estimated patient portion after insurance verification.
• Documenting account details at registration and during collection efforts.
• Greeting patients and families promptly and professionally.
