Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Patient Registration Clerk to welcome patients, organize clinic flow, and collect insurance co-pays. The role supports Medical Location staff by ensuring accurate demographics and registration before visits, while maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and customer service experience in a medical setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; position is on-site in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients and visitors in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Schedule patient flow and manage clinic appointment arrangements.
• Screen patients for updated demographics and registration requirements.
• Collect insurance co-pays and post payments to accounts.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and physician referrals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and PHI security.
• Assist with daily patient flow and cooperate with other departments.
