Responsibilities

• Register patients and pre-register scheduled patients by collecting accurate demographic information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
• Schedule procedures and coordinate with physician offices as required.
• Collect patient financial responsibility estimates and inform patients of obligations.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and ensure proper identification and confidentiality.
