WebHealth Network Media Inc seeks a friendly Patient Registration Specialist - Float to be the first point of contact in our clinics. You will greet patients, register them for visits, verify insurance eligibility and collect payments, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities include updating demographics, scheduling, scanning documents into the EHR, and confirming referrals. Occasional overtime and travel to multiple Ohio locations may be required.

• Greet patients professionally and register them for services.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Update patient demographics at each visit and verify referrals.
• Collect copayments and payments for non-covered items.
• Scan documents into the EHR as needed.
