University Otolaryngologists is seeking a friendly Patient Registration Specialist to join our team. The primary duty is to greet patients, register them, collect payments, and verify insurance eligibility, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in processes.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Registration Specialist - Float to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clinic, the Patient Registration Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. You will be required to greet customers, register patients, and collect payments. In addition, the Patient Registration Specialist will be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and answering incoming calls.

Office Location: East Broad

Work hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30pm p.m. Occasional overtime and travel will be required.
