Qualifications

• Must be able to pass basic computer literacy test.
• Must be able to pass cash handling skills test.
• Must pass Customer Service Assessment test.
• Experience using multi-line telephones is required.
• Recent experience in customer service is required.
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
• Cash handling or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/patients and provide reception services, guiding them through the center and assisting with navigation.
• Coordinate services to address member needs related to benefits, finance, and other services using available technology.
• Verify benefits, schedule appointments, and assist with registration and billing information.
• Direct patients to waiting areas and manage appointment times and follow-ups.
• Answer calls, relay messages, and handle general information requests.
• Assist with instrumental duties to support clinic operational goals and customer service standards.
• Handle cash transactions according to policy and balance cash drawer daily.
