• Obtain demographic, billing and insurance information from patient/family and enter into the registration/billing systems.
• Assist with pre-certifications and authorizations as needed.
• Prepare consent forms and notices, obtain patient signatures and electronic consent.
• Collect deposits, co-pays and deductibles; provide receipts and document payments in systems.
• Greet and assist patients; verify orders and assist with exams as needed.
