• Assist with pre-certifications and authorizations.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain signatures.
• Collect co-pays and patient payments; provide receipts.
• Balance daily receipts and follow up on system flags.
• Schedule and verify patient appointments per workflow.
• Check order completeness and validate against scheduled services.
