Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments system wide for providers including specialty and ancillary services.
• Provide prep instructions for ancillary and diagnostic procedures according to guidelines.
• Complete accurate patient registration, demographics and insurance data for timely payments.
• Handle appointment scheduling, cancellations and confirmations per patient preferences and guidelines.
