Responsibilities

• Gathers and validates the required registration data set; obtains required forms and signatures
• Verifies insurance coverage / benefits for visit
• Collects co-pay/co-insurance and attempts to collect on bad debt.
• Participates in the balancing of the cash drawer as directed.
• Answers incoming telephone calls and provides assistance to caller.
• Attends meetings as designated by direct supervisor.
• Performs other miscellaneous and related duties as assigned.
