You will manage cash transactions, verify eligibility, explain benefits, and assist with scheduling while maintaining accuracy, privacy, and compliance with established policies in a busy medical office.

Qualificações

• Two (2) years of work experience involving public contact or clerical roles.
• Two (2) years of work experience involving cash handling or reconciliation; one year with multiple software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as ambassador for Kaiser Permanente with courteous, professional conduct.
• Perform standard registration: sign-in, check-in, demographics, language preferences.
• Determine account type: benefits, eligibility, patient liability, COB, COB, or non-member services.
• Collect patient financial liabilities and handle cash per policy.
• Provide information on Kaiser Permanente services and online tools; assist with Kp.org access.
