Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of direct face to face customer service experience.
• 1+ years of cash handling or collections experience.
• Experience in medical office or KSC roles with Epic Front Desk training is preferred.
• Experience with computers and Windows-based software.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Basic math ability is required.
• Professional and personal presentation skills are important.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• 30% Interact with patients to provide excellent customer service and promote a respectful team environment.
• 30% Handle check-in/check-out on POS, collect payments, and discuss accounts with patients.
• 25% Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and data entry in Epic.
• 10% Perform cash control procedures and balance cash at end of shift.
• 5% Perform other duties as assigned by site manager.
