• 1+ years of general administrative experience and 6 months medical insurance verification experience or scheduling procedures; or 1 year in a similar KSC role.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical and typing duties for physicians and management staff.
• Analyzes eligibility media and uses system applications for reporting.
• Interprets medical plan benefits to maximize accurate collections.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains positive patient relations.
• Supports 1-5 physicians as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
