Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospital Patient Registration, physician office, or revenue cycle related roles.
• Experience in requesting and processing financial payments or equivalent training may balance lack of experience.
• Proficiency with data entry and insurance verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately across Main Admitting, OP Registration, ED Registration, Maternity and Rehabilitation units.
• Enter demographic and financial information into the ADT system and ensure CMS billing compliance.
• Verify insurance benefits using electronic systems or payer contacts; document verification details in the ADT system.
