Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification/eligibility tools.
• Proficient with EPIC EMR and patient data entry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create the initial electronic health record foundation and prevent duplicates.
• Check in and register patients; verify demographics and insurance information.
• Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Coordinate test prep instructions and patient arrival guidance.
• Monitor electronic health record queues and supporting registration processes.
