Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain account information and verify insurance coverage.
• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure charts are complete and accurate.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
• Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
• Obtain necessary signatures for treatment and document information in the registration system.
• Explain policies regarding services, pricing, insurance billing, and payment of accounts.
