• Collect deposits, co-payments, deductibles, and patient liabilities; provide receipts and document payments.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain electronic signatures for treatment and financial obligations.
• Balance daily receipts and cash drawer; follow up on accounts per system flags.
• Schedule and coordinate patient registrations and verify order completeness.
