Responsibilities

• Obtain pre-certifications and authorizations as needed.
• Prepare consent forms and obtain patient signatures, including electronic consent.
• Collect deposits, co-payments, deductibles and patient payments; provide receipts and document in systems.
• Balance daily receipts and cash drawer; follow up on system flags as needed.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel patients per hospital workflows.
