Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple systems accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phones, collect information, and assist patients with questions.
• Navigate diverse insurance plans with guidance from training and clinical teams.
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time.
