LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a patient registration specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with an excellent healthcare organization in the Avon, IN area.

You will confirm demographic and financial information, greet patients, collect copays, and manage patient flow from entry to destination, with a rotating shift 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
• Maintainingprofessionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
• Facilitatingcopay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
• Managing patient flow from thepoint of entry to destination.

What You’llNeed to Bring

• Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skillsrequired!

Work Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends

Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
