Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and professionally while ensuring a positive experience

• Enter and validate demographic and financial data with a high level of accuracy
• Verify insurance coverage, identify payor sources, and obtain required authorizations
• Collect copays, deductibles, deposits, and payments for services
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA and patient rights requirements
• Complete financial packets and assist with payment arrangements
• Maintain documentation and account notes for follow-up
• Coordinate patient placement and communicate with clinical teams
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Patient Access Services Representative to support registration, insurance verification, and financial processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Register patients accurately and professionally while ensuring a positive experience

Requirements
