Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years in customer service, collections or call center.
• Ability to type 25-30 wpm.
• Ability to work with Associates, management and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Process basic teleservice calls for physician referrals and appointment requests.
• Determine caller’s needs and provide requested information, assistance, or service.
• Document call information using established and somewhat complex guidelines.
• Process specialized teleservice calls following pre-established guidelines (paging, outbound surveys, appointment scheduling).
• Offer assistance to patients, families, customers, physicians, and other referral sources.
