Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year healthcare/admin experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming patient referrals accurately and efficiently.
• Enter patient demographics and referral information into systems.
• Review referrals for completeness and obtain missing documentation.
• Register new patients and create therapy records.
• Communicate with physician offices regarding referral requirements.
• Coordinate referrals with pharmacy, benefits, and authorization teams.
• Track referral-to-start timelines and remove delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Escalate complex or incomplete referrals as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and providers.
