Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient referrals promptly as directed by physicians.
• Obtain prior authorizations as required by insurers.
• Schedule appointments with specialists, radiology, or surgical centers.
• Follow up to confirm appointments and patient attendance.
• Communicate delays or issues to physicians and staff.
• Document all patient care activities in the Epic system.
• Provide clear information and instructions to patients about appointments.
• Collaborate with providers to adjust support as needed.
• Adhere to health care policies and safety guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and handle other duties as assigned.
