Responsabilités

• Lead review and processing of permanent and temporary template changes across multiple locations.
• Ensure alignment with CBT standards, ACOC scheduling guidelines, and access goals.
• Provide back-up coverage to other template editors as needed.
• Review incoming patient records for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Organize and maintain health records in EHR systems and/or paper files.
• Retrieve, assemble, and process medical records for physicians, clinics, or external requests.
• Monitor record completion and follow up on missing documentation.
• Train others as needed.
