Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are important.
• Ability to learn and use Salesforce and company systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and patient follow-up, monitoring new leads and documenting activity in Salesforce.
• Coordinate intake appointments and ensure accurate demographic, insurance, and contact information.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and ensure timely lead/patient updates.
• Provide professional, empathetic communication with patients and families throughout the intake process.
• Support Outreach Coordinators and other departments to grow the patient pipeline.
• Assist with event outreach, scheduling, and post-event lead follow-up.
