Responsibilities

• Lead management and patient follow-up via Salesforce, calls, referrals, and events.
• Coordinate intake appointments and ensure accurate demographic and insurance data.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of calls, texts, emails, and appointments.
• Serve as the first professional contact for prospective patients and families.
• Provide admin support to Outreach Coordinators and assist with scheduling.
