Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to drive patient growth and expand our Las Vegas presence. You will act as a community ambassador, building relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, unions, and other stakeholders to guide patients through intake and access to services.

The role supports comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborates cross-functionally, and requires travel within the market area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Healthcare experience in sales, marketing or patient advocacy preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel within the market area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and patient growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns and initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for patient communication and intake processes.
• Conduct intakes in office, by phone, and in person.
• Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and unions.
• Track market trends and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate patient events and community outreach activities.
